I have played the links at St. Anne's Golf Club on many occasions. A traditional links near the city centre, it's got teeth from the back tees and a great mix of long and short par 4 holes. The 17th is one of the best par 3 holes in the country. I always get a friendly welcome from the members and I would personally recommend a visit.

As someone that grew up playing links golf, I can recommend St. Anne's as one of the best around. The course is always in great condition, and it's a test for both low and high handicappers- depending on the tees. Combined with the great location, the local atmosphere, and the friendly service, it's truly a hidden gem.

When I am away from the professional environs of the rugby pitch there is no where I would rather be than on the links at St Anne’s. I love the peace and tranquillity not to mention the quality of the golf course and facilities.
