Hello, my name is Sean Doyle and I have been the Assistant PGA Professional here in St. Anne's since February 2022.

Golf has always been my passion. After I completed my BSc in Biology from NUI Maynooth, I decided to start the PGA Training Programme. I began my training as the Assistant Professional at Athlone GC.

I played underage golf for Ireland from U14 to U18. My biggest win in underage events was the 2015 Faldo Series.

My goal is to help improve golfers at all levels in St. Annes.

I have played the links at St. Anne's Golf Club on many occasions. A traditional links near the city centre, it's got teeth from the back tees and a great mix of long and short par 4 holes. The 17th is one of the best par 3 holes in the country. I always get a friendly welcome from the members and I would personally recommend a visit.

As someone that grew up playing links golf, I can recommend St. Anne's as one of the best around. The course is always in great condition, and it's a test for both low and high handicappers- depending on the tees. Combined with the great location, the local atmosphere, and the friendly service, it's truly a hidden gem.
