Our Chefs

R & A Dining Solutions is a Company formed by Ronan & Aileen McNulty. Having spent several years in the 5 star brands they are now realising their all time goal of delivering a high end experience while still maintaining a hands on approach.

Ronan’s Profile: Trained in the Savoy Hotel London and has spent some time in the Shelbourne and the Westbury before moving to be an Executive Chef with the Carlton Group and then in the Radisson Farnham Estate, Irelands largest Spa destination.

Aileen's Profile: Trained in Mount Juilet Estate before moving to the Westbury Hotel. She then branched away from the catering to specialise in Human Resources but always kept her finger in the catering pie so to speak.

Over the Years Ronan & Aileen have catered for the High Profile individuals such as Britney Spears, Dolly Parton, George Best, Bruce Willis, Michael Caine, HM the Queen, U2, Tiger Woods, Paul Mc Cartney and so on.

Ronan and Aileen believe that by bringing their experience and skills together they are able to create an excellent Dining Experience at a modest cost to the discerning customer.
